At SERENA BUTE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn and unaltered items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging and secure them inside a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the exterior of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
